SOLUTIONS Nico's cards (ages 6 to 9): Four cards with a total of 18 could be: 1, 2, 7, 8; 1, 3, 6, 8; 1, 4, 5, 8; 1, 4, 6, 7; 2, 3, 6, 7; 2, 4, 5, 7; 3, 4, 5, 6. Fractions to decimals (ages 11-16): Recognising that the first fraction is a little more than one hundredth and that the second one is a little less than one fifitieth leads to the two fractions 191 and 153.
