Hard-pressed non-specialist primary teachers will be delighted by this latest title in the Key Strategies series. It contains many ideas for practical activities, as well as good technical information and guidance.
At times, the book tries to do too much and falls slightly short - especially in AT2, Knowledge and Understanding.
And many of the activities smack of the days of “one-off” art lessons with little consideration of continuity. This is unfortunate and detracts from an otherwise useful publication.
