The academy has been hit by a series of building bungles since it was opened.
Past problems have included broken boilers, peeling paint, sewage defects and an IT system that had to be ripped out and replaced.
Classrooms have been deemed too small while the school continues to shell out #163;15,000 a year for temporary changing facilities - because it has just two changing rooms for 1,350 pupils.
It is also spending a further #163;14,000 on external storage because there is not enough room on site.
Among the current problems are faulty electronic gates which, said Mrs Elms, cost up to #163;4,000 a time to repair.
