THE Government has committed pound;10 million to a new fund designed to help the 75 million Commonwealth children who fail to complete basic schooling. Business contributions to the Commonwealth Education Fund will also be matched pound for pound, including tax relief, said Chancellor Gordon Brown, as he launched proposals for a new global deal to tackle poverty.
