I am head of a pupil referral unit without a delegated budget; what happens to the unit regarding new pay structures?
Your local authority will have to conduct the review process. The authority will need to follow the same process as schools with delegated budgets. You should arrange a meeting as soon as possible to ensure that the authority has set out a timeline to allow the process to be completed by the end of December this year.
