(Photograph) - Buffalo showcase: last week’s Royal Highland Show at Ingliston, outside Edinburgh, was graced by a former college student and his water buffalo.
Steven Mitchell, a graduate of the Scottish Agricultural College, has since gone on to set up Scotland’s largest water buffalo farm in Fife. His achievements were highlighted at Ingliston by Aimhigher Scotland, the initiative which encourages youngsters to consider college, university or training after leaving school.
