Call for careers advice at primary

Primary schools should offer university and careers advice to 10 and 11-year-olds, according to a report published by Liberal Democrat deputy leader Simon Hughes. Produced in his capacity as advocate for access to education, it also recommended that a national scholarship scheme be offered to every school and college.
