Call for epidemic of innovation

THE Government needs to change the "blame culture" in schools if its drive to embed innovation in education is to succeed, the former head of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority believes. Professor David Hargreaves said ministers should help create an "epidemic" of innovation in schools, where good ideas spread quickly. His call came in a pamphlet for the Demos think tank.
