Call for support staff anonymity

Almost half of school support staff have been affected by false allegations made by pupils or parents, the Unison union has warned. It has written to schools minister Nick Gibb demanding support staff be included in plans to grant anonymity to teachers facing allegations, amid concerns over damage to health and careers.
