A NEW national scheme, MentorSET, will connect women working in science, engineering and technology with mentors who can offer them advice and guidance to help them up the career ladder.
MentorSET is a joint initiative of the Women’s Engineering Society and the Association for Women in Science and Engineering and is funded by the Promoting SET for Women unit of the Department of Transport and Industry.
