Ginger the cat, the feline star of an online animated game, is a new arrival at the Masterfoods Education Centre. Ginger is mainly there for fun, but the centre has a more serious purpose - the website is all about pet care. Its generous supply of free resources covers work in literacy, numeracy, science, citizenship and PSHE at KS12. Children can investigate the adjectives used to describe various breeds of cat, calculate the number of legs in different gatherings of dogs or find out about the nutrients in tins of pet food.
