Carolina bound

Teachers from Massey Hall special school, in Warrington, are travelling to South Carolina to share their expertise with American colleagues, on issues such as crime, truancy and pupil disaffection. A pound;4,600 grant from the Department for Education and Skills will pay for the trip.
