A pound;2 million scheme to encourage families to learn together was launched this week.The scheme, funded by the Millennium Commission and managed by the Pre-school Learning Alliance, is offering 1,000 individual awards of between pound;1,500 and pound;10,000 for projects which strengthen family and community networks.
