Chance to influence reforms

The Scottish Further Education Funding Council has launched a two-month consultation on how it should measure and fund student activity in colleges. It says changes are needed to take account of the drive to enhance lifelong learning and of greater numbers of part-time students. The council promises it will "smooth" the financial impact.
