Charge could cut both ways

I AM writing to express my amazement at the arrogance shown by publishers and authors in levying a copyright fee on materials used in the literacy hour.

Why should schools pay extra to promote their literaure?

In response I am considering charging them advertising fees for appearing in my literacy hour.
