CHANCELLOR Gordon Brown will receive the first annual report from the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Children on Monday. Youngsters from three Barnardo’s projects in Yorkshire will hand it in. Then, together with 70 young people representing children’s charities, they will participate in a question-and-answer session with MPs from all parties. They will focus on a number of issues, including the need for a children’s rights commissioner, the widespread drugs problem among young people and the handling of bullies in schools.
