CHILDREN across the country are being encouraged to make a noise for one minute to get adults’ attention. The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children’s ‘Listen to Children Week’,starting on Monday, is intended to boost children’s confidence in making themselves heard.

Sheet music for a specially-composed song has been supplied to more than 10,000 primaries.
