Church heads' common cause

PRINCIPALS of the 15 Anglican and Catholic church colleges meet this weekend to discuss working together more closely. Proposals include establishing a "common credit" framework, allowing students to transfer between courses, setting up common modules for teachers' continuing professional development and developing training for aspirant headteachers of church schools.
