Children aged five to 14 are being asked to design an eco-friendly city of the future in a nationwide competition.

The contest, to celebrate the release of Disney’s animated adventure film Meet the Robinsons (featuring Lefty the octopus, right) along with National Science Week, has been set up by the British Association for the Advancement of Science.

The children who create the most imaginative and funny future city designs for their age group will win a private screening of the film for their class. The overall winner will win a trip to Disneyland in Paris.
