We reported in good faith that pupils at Fitzalan high school, in Cardiff, had been awarded GCSE maths grades “based on teacher assessments and predictions”, following an exam board investigation into coursework (TES Cymru, October 14). We are happy to clarify that grades were based on pupils’ written GCSE papers.
