Kate Webb has been appointed principal of East Berkshire College, replacing Jean Robertson. Ms Webb, who has been vice-principal for curriculum and quality for five years, played a significant part in the college achieving a 99 per cent pass rate at A-level last year and a 96 per cent pass rate for NVQs in 2008.
