BEN Elton, Alan Bennett and Harry Enfield are threatening to join a celebrity sit-in to stop Camden Council closing three of its thirteen public libraries. The council says libraries in Chark Farm, Belsize Park and Kilburn are under-used. But campaigners are mounting a legal challenge, saying closure contravenes 1964 legislation requiring an efficient and comprehensive library service.
