It’s official. Government spending on ICT in schools since 1997 has had a significant impact, according to Ofsted (news, page 5). And while the overall picture is positive, the weaknesses pointed out are serious, particularly the gap between the schools who are embedding ICT and those who are struggling.One obvious way to take ICT forward is to exploit creativity in the classroom, which is why that is the special focus of this Online (pages 12-19 with other supporting articles).
