ANIMAL TO HUMAN TRANSPLANTATION: THE SCIENCE AND ETHICAL ISSUES

Talks, workshops and discussions organised by the Medical Research Council and Nuffield Council on Bioethics at Chetham’s School of Music, Manchester, for post-16 students. It aims to provide balanced information and an opportunity for students to question experts. Topics include: the science involved in human organ transplantation and the possibility of disease transmission from animals to humans.
