Agreement on new flexible contracts for support staff in the 117 sixth-form colleges have been agreed between the public services’ union Unison and the Sixth-Form Colleges’ Employers’ Forum. Payments average 1.85 per cent-plus, an increase of Pounds 100 a point on the pay spine, reflecting concern over low pay.
