Contracts call fails

A NORTH Lanarkshire motion to introduce contracts which would hold parents accountable for their children's behaviour was thrown out. It was a "dangrous move" that would stigmatise parents in a way teachers would object to if it was done to them, according to Anne Darling, Edinburgh.
