Country made concrete

A new Countryside Code was launched last year, reflecting recent changes in our use of the open country. Respect Protect Enjoy is a newsletter that tells children about these changes. Abstract ideas such as the relationship between rights and responsibilities are made concrete by cheerful animated characters. They are designed by Aardman who also gave us Wallace and Gromit. Look out for a talkative sheepdog, a thoughtful pony, concerned seagulls and a spider who gives directions for the best use of the web. For information on Respect Protect Enjoy and the forthcoming education pack (due April), contact Countryside Code Education Enquiries.
