Based around Cove Brook Greenway, a green space close to a stream in north Hampshire, this resource pack contains great classroom resources and extremely useful ideas for the hard-pressed teacher. The teacher’s notes, worksheets, maps, plans, an aerial photo, teacing aids and the ready-made classroom activities will help teachers generate resources for their nearest stream, pond or green space. Out-of-classroom activities are recommended and supported in the pack through exercises, with photographs and graphics to stimulate the interest of pupils. This pack is well designed, it covers a wide range of local environmental issues and concerns and considers the ways schools and the community can respond.
