Still in the heady world of finance, and it is good to see that the money-changers in the City of London are joining the rest of industry by trying to get chummy with potential recruits to their craft.
The London Stock Exchange has set up a one-day course for students who want to know more. The Exchange says it wants to “dispel some of the myths” about the kind of people who work in the City.
Maybe they are not really as money-obsessed as popular perception makes out.
Perhaps students who attend the Stock Exchange’s “introductory course” will have a chance to find out - after they or their colleges have paid the fee of pound;19.95 per delegate.
