Darts - good for the brain

Almost all of the world's top darts players believe their time at the oche has helped them with mental arithmetic.

Although a quarter of players confessed to struggling with numbers at school, 97 per cent said that they were now more confident, the survey of more than 100 players for the Government's Skills for Life Strategy to improve basic skills shows.
