If it wasn’t for talented people with dyslexia doing well in their careers, the world would be a duller place.
You would never have heard of comedian Eddie Izzard, to start with. He was happy to stand up and be counted as a sufferer as a guest speaker in London on Tuesday.
He was at the Dyslexia Institute’s 2004 annual awards dinner, which included the auction of a number of experiences including “a life in the day of the Metropolitan Police”.
The event was titled “Dyslexia Is everywhere”.
