Eco-friendly primary

An inscribed stone that was originally part of Treherbert infants school has been laid at the site of a brand new community primary at Penderyn, in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The pound;4 million school, in the Brecon Beacons national park, has been designed to be eco-friendly, with a biomass boiler, solar hot-water system, a rainwater harvesting system, and recycling units.
