The main picture introducing our Inside Story is not of the highest quality, but it deserves more than a passing glance. The line of British troops marching into Baghdad serves to prove that history does repeat itself (page 12). This week we introduce a new regular feature that will mark an anniversary or red letter day of some sort, and offer a ready-made idea for assembly, PSE or citizenship. David Self gets the column off to a fizzing start with the story of one of the world’s best-known drinks. So carpe diem! (page 7).
