Designed, tried and tested by teachers, here is a database, free to download, to replace paper-based planners. Created in Microsoft Access, each record represents one day and contains cells where you can input room, class and subject for each period. There are cells for homework notes, general notes and detentions, and an “Annual Reminders” button. With calendars to 2014, there’s no excuse for not being prepared! However, if you have more than five periods per day, it won’t be much use - but you could always use it for inspiration and make your own.
