DAYS OF RALLIES AND ROSES

More than 40 years’ involvement in the student, labour and trades union movements are documented in this free photographic exhibition at the TUC Centre, 23-28 Great Russell Street, London WC1, presented by Fred Jarvis, former general secretary, National Union of Teachers. It includes images of life in Russia and Poland in the 50s, the fall of the Berlin Wall, marches and rallies during 18 years of Conservative rule and the 1997 general election.
