(Photograph) - Every primary child will get the chance to enjoy stories by Scottish writers through a Storybook CD Rom launched last week at St Mary’s school in Glasgow, by Sam Galbraith, minister for children and education, who was joined by “Katie Morag” author Mairi Hedderwick. The CD-Rom, making stories interactive, is the first in a series of educational software produced by the Scottish Council for Educational Technology and the Scottish Consultative Council on the Curriculum for the National Grid of Learning.
