Evidence ‘is on the way’

Wynford Dore says that DDAT will shortly be backed in research carried out by Professor David Reynolds of Exeter University. Professor Reynolds is a board member and research director of Mr Dore’s company, Goal plc, which sells national curriculum tests over the Internet. His salary is pound;38,000 a year, plus share options.

Professor Reynolds said his early findings were “encouraging”.

Mr Dore says there is no connection between Goal, a public company, and the dyslexia centre, which he is funding personally. He denies making over-the-top claims.
