NIGEL PAINE, chief executive of the Scottish Council for Educational Technology since 1990, is leaving in June to run the Technology Colleges Trust in London. Despite the Government consultation over a merger with the Scottish Consultative Council on the Curriculum, a new chief executive is being recruited.
