A fair-trade feast for your class

https://www.tes.com/magazine/archive/fair-trade-feast-your-class-12
Liz Broad is a senior lecturer in education at Kingston University and wants to say a big thank-you and farewell to class 6T at Bishop Gilpin school, Wimbledon, in the London borough of Merton, for “the pleasure, fun and challenge” she’s had working on research projects - or “honing” her teaching skills - with them since they were in reception. They are currently working on Louis Sachar’s award-winning book Holes with her and, says Liz, they are “universally delightful and enthusiastic”. In September she goes back to key stage 1, cultivating another class. If you think your class deserves a fair-trade treat, email friday@tes.co.uk to tell us why, giving the name of your school. Mark your message Dubble offer. For information and resources on fair trade, go to www.dubble.co.uk.
