Faith schools rejected

Scotland should not have any more faith-based schools to sit alongside the Roman Catholic sector, the Rt Rev Finlay Macdonald, moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, told the prize day at Jordanhill School last week. But non-denominational schools must give their pupils "a moral and spiritual framework".
