The beleaguered Royal Bank of Scotland is looking to schools for examples of how to handle personal finance responsibly.

The RBS Personal Finance Education Awards, in their second year, are designed to highlight the best work by schools and individual teachers.

The awards fall into four categories: school award for best all-round approach; school award for most original idea; school award for most impressive cross-curricular approach; and a teacher award. The deadline is April 24. The awards ceremony will take place in London in June.
