Children worried that the fish in their school dinners is not from a sustainable source will be pleased to learn that a second catering firm has signed up to the Marine Stewardship Council’s Fish and Kids initiative.
Catering company Brakes, which has supplied MSC-certified fish to schools since 2004, has been joined by 3663, a firm which has sales of pound;1 billion a year.
