Former Rotherham steelworks to be relaunced as state-of-the-art science adventure park

A state-of-the-art science adventure park will open on the site of a former steelworks in Rotherham, South Yorkshire in April 2001. Magna will explore the themes of steel and the four natural elements of earth, air, fire and water. The pound;3 - milion attraction will offer visitors a chance to dodge lightening, drive a JCB, cut steel and spin in a gyroscopic chair. Resource packs will also be available for schools.
