Young people are being targeted by a government campaign to explain changes in the law on cannabis. Cannabis remains illegal after January 29 but reclassified to a class C drug from class B. A survey by the National Health Education Group of drug health professionals, has found a lack of funds means 26 out of 60 authorities will not have a school drug adviser in post after Easter.
