TEENAGE parents are to receive free childcare worth up to pound;5,000 a year if they are in education or work-based learning. From August, up to 50,000 students aged 16 to 19 could be eligible for free advice, support and childcare on the Care to Learn scheme, which was set up by the Government to tackle child poverty.
