Arthur Heslop is a parent volunteer and the football coach at Riverdale primary school in Redcar Arthur’s two sons have both been pupils at the school; the younger, Dean, is now in Year 6. Their dad offered to help out the staff with football five years ago and has committed hours of time ever since. Above ll, according to headteacher Pam Shawcross, he follows the school’s high standards, “expecting good manners, commitment, sportsmanship and good behaviour.
