Sarah Simons and Joe Baldwin discuss national colleges, teacher workload and preparing for the festive season

In this week’s Tes Further Education podcast, Tes columnist Sarah Simons and Joe Baldwin, director of learning services at Bridgend College, discuss the £120 million national colleges which are proving slow to spark into life.
