Talking of Brian Wilson, better late than never to record the bestowing on the Education and Industry Minister of yet another title as Minister for Gaelic. A highly appropriate distinction for the founder of the West Highland Free Press.
We trust that this “enthusiastic amateur speaker” of the language, as his efforts were described in one newspaper, will now put Gaelic to good use in the cause of the Prime Minister’s three oft quoted priorities: education, education, education. So onwards with “foghlum, foghlum, foghlum”.
