Gaelic primary for Inverness

Highland has agreed in principle to set up a free-standing Gaelic primary in Inverness. This follows the lead set by Glasgow and further isolaes Edinburgh which put off a similar decision. Highland will now open talks with the Scottish Executive to agree funding details.
