Famous People lets primary pupils explore history and develop an understanding of events “that are known to be complex for children of this age”. Realistic backgrounds, props and sound files bring history alive, through characters ranging from kings and queens to inventors, writers and explorers.
Kar2ouche Debut allows primary pupils to listen to authentic French, practise dialogue and create role-plays. Pupils can personalise learning, work at their own pace and repeat activities as often as they like.
MissionMaker lets pupils and teachers design their own games, which develops their higher-order thinking skills and rehearses good models of design. Missions can then be played, promoting problem-solving, decision making and strategic thinking.
Schools that sign up at SETT as pilot sites for MissionMaker will receive full training, says the company.
